Starting Base Pay Per Shift
$275 for driver logging the shift
Expected home time: Run for 11 days, then home for 3 days
Full truckload, dry van
Shift Pay is a high paying innovative compensation program for professional truck drivers,
to secure firmly fixed pay each shift worked.
This provides a more stable, consistent paycheck, and more predictable home time.
Each shift worked would result in a guaranteed compensation rate of $275 (plus all applicable bonuses) for that shift. So seven shifts ("days") worked would equate to $1,925 for that week to you. This applies to both team partners individually.

Truck Drivers new to Barr-Nunn are eligible for one of the following options in this position, for a limited time:

Initial $1,025 or $825 CSA Safety Bonus + Paid Time Off + $425 On-Road Safety Bonus

Truck Drivers in this position are currently earning Special "Economic Recovery Compensation" in the amount of an extra $15 per shift, in appreciation of the important role truck drivers are playing in helping the U.S. economy recover from the pandemic.

A valid and current Class A CDL
23 years old
14 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
No DWIs in the past 7 years
No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
Pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen, and Human Performance Evaluation (company truck drivers only for HPE)
No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
No drug test refusal or failure
Primary Running Area
~550 late-model Freightliner Cascadia, Kenworth T680, and International ProStar tractors
